She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brcko and Lillian Margaret Remitz; and her siblings, Sylvia Brcko and Mark Brcko. She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Mattinson; her children, Neil Mattinson (Teya Stassinos) of Rock Springs, Karen McGinnis of Denver and Raelynn Reeder (Jeremiah) of Rock Springs; her grandchildren, Lauren Mayer (Anthony, Nic Dziadosz), Kevin Mattinson (Karlie, Trevor Mattinson), Darek Mattinson and Kinlee Mattinson; and her great grandchild Aubree Mayer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully suggests that donations in Billie's memory be made to the Rock Springs Humane Society, 310 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901.
