We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 87, Dolores R. Lowe of Guernsey, Wyoming, born in Dalton, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Charles Rockhold. She is survived by : her parent Maye Rockhold; her son Brian M. Lowe; her grandson Jeremy M. Lowe; her siblings, Joyce Meyers (Robert) and Robert Rockhold (Gail); her husband Lawrence W. Lowe; and her brother-in-law Robert Meyers. She is also survived by many family members, friends and beloved pets.
