He is survived by: his mother Sharon R. Hering Banks; his pets, Fred, Katy and Rocky; his son Joshua Banks; his stepchildren, Christopher, Brody and Tanya; his siblings, Dawn (James), Mark, Scott and Danae (Brian); and his stepbrother Donny. He is also survived by numerous nephew and nieces.
