He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Laura Blankenship (Galvez) and Edward Blankenship; his grandparents, Ed and Verna Blankenship (Garriott); and his brother Steven Blankenship.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Blankenship of Kinnear; his sons, Steven T. Blankenship and Gage E. Blankenship (Lindi); his grandson Lincoln; his daughter Laura M. Blankenship (Warren LaRose); his grandchildren, Gabriella Blankenship and Rhyann LaRose; and his siblings, Lee Blankenship, Lucille Blankenship and Elyse Woods. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions there will be limited seating, masks must be worn.
