He is survived by : his mother Susan White Hunter; his spouse Whitney Thomas; his close friend Whitney Thomas; his stepdaughter Lily; and his siblings, Melody Daily (Rob), Cajsa Allen (Travis), Sara VanRoosendaal (Cade), Mary Ika, Rebecca Payne (Jason) and Suzanne Laforett (James). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
