He was predeceased by: his father Harold Welper; and his niece Jody. He is survived by: his mother Joan Welper of Gillette, WY; his wife Nancy Welper of Laramie; his children, Jill Miller of Oregon, Michael Welper (Nancy) of Laramie, Robert Welper (Derek Vasquez) of Los Angeles, CA, Brian Welper (Amber) of Laramie and Isaiah Welper of Laramie; his grandchildren, Paul, Lucy, Wyatt and Olivia Welper; his sister Bev Sanchez of Gillette, WY; and his nieces, Julie Koerper (Gabe) of Gillette and Beth Montoya of Gillette. He is also survived by kids and grandkids.
