He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oliva and Francis Oliva; his brothers, James, Joseph and Charles; his cousin Donna Bowen; his brother-in-law Larry Simpson; his brother Robert; his sisters-in-law, Verla Hysell and Kay Bennett; his great grandchild Brandon Green; Gerald and Faye Slagowski.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Simpson; his daughter Shellie Oliva; his great grandchildren, Holly, Emma and Bridget; Jamie and Mat Sherman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to Uinta Senior Citizen's Center in his memory would be very appreciated.
