He was predeceased by: his nephew Tobie Robinson. He is survived by: his parents, Joel Robinson and Elaine Robinson; his daughters, Shanyl Lynn and Kelsy Kim of Blackfoot; his grandchild Farrah Kesler; his wife Lori; his grandchild Cooper; and his siblings, Ron Robinson (Rhonda) of Blackfoot, Anita Bales (Steven) of Blackfoot, Rulon Robinson (Nicole) of Blackfoot, Sharla Landers (Rich) of West Jordan and Annette Robinson of Malden, MA.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Elvin desired to start an education fund for his two grandchildren.
