He is survived by: his former wife Carol Stith; his stepchildren, Carrie, Greg, Jeff and Valerie; his former wife Susan Curtis; his stepson Kenneth; his spouse Coralee McKee; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kyle, Darci, Tyler, Hanna, Cody Petersen, Abigail and Nathan Ross; his stepchildren, James McKee, David, Donald Curtis and Debbi Curtis Brown; his stepgrandsons, Matthew and Ryan McKee; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Petersen Cuadras and Hina Kikuchi. He is also survived by his five children.
