She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Mike Camis), Chris and Robin (Brian Wilcox); her husband Bob Hoefer; her grandsons, Alex (Dusty Dinnel), Aaron (Alyssa Camis), David (Rachel Wilcox) and John; and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Jaxson and Edith.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Kidney Fund.
