He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Foulger and Melba Foulger; and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Norene of Powell; his children, Mike, Brent (Annette) of Powell, Kent (Lori) of Worland and Kathy Brinkerhoff (Mark) of Evanston; and his siblings, Bart (Lynn) of Bountiful, Kay Toone (Harley) of Hurricane and Lynda Lynch (Billie) of Pleasant Grove. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
