He is survived by: his wife Tammy Pharris-Holbrook of Recluse, Wyoming; his children, Menissa, Dexter Worley, Jr. of Clarkesville, Aimee Byrd of Florida, Dustin Byrd of Clarkesville, Jurell Holbrook (Alexa Allen) of Lockwood, Jennifer Holbrook, Eric Pooser of Atlanta and Dakota Holbrook of Recluse, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Chelsey Worley, Austin Worley, Madison Worley, Keara MacDougall, Ayla Semmendinger, Zane Semmendinger, Misha Byrd, Nicolai Byrd, Jaxson Holbrook and Baby Boy Holbrook; his sisters, Lisa H. (Doug Oliver) and Karen H. (Jim Webb); his sister-in-law Joan Davis of Rockmart; and his stepsister Deborah Densmore of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
