It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jewel Skaggs (Riverton, Wyoming), who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dunning and Viola Dunning (Jones); her husband Preston H. Skaggs; and her grandparents, Arthur, Allula Jones, James and Sarah Dunning.
She is survived by: her children, Kraig Skaggs (Joyce), Breck Skaggs (Shanda), Charla Bittle (Gary), Lynne McAuliffe, Janet Conard (Walt) and Kay Siggard (Kip); and her sisters, Dorothy Knifer (Don), Erma Rapp (Stan) and Ruth Hillberry (Darwin). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren.
Jewel was known for her witty sense of humor and even through struggles with Alzheimer's, she maintained her humor and positive attitude.
