She was predeceased by : her parents, Lyal S. Mack and Ruth B. Munson Mack. She is survived by : her daughters, DeAnna Crouch (Richard) of Rock Springs and Samantha Paul (Roy Toman) of Rock Springs; and her grandchildren, Andrew Crouch (Megan) and Nikole Crouch. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
