He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas William McMartin and Lillian Carol Schwerdfeger; and his brother Eugene McMartin. He is survived by : his wife Anne McMartin of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Drew McMartin (Trista) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Darby McMartin of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, John McMartin (Carol) of Worland, Wyoming and Peggy Jereb (Rob) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Olivia Kronfus and Oliver Kronfus; and his pets, Sammy and Callie. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews.
The family respectfully requests donations be made in Garland's memory to Hospice of Sweetwater County, 333 Broadway Street, Suite 220, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, Cremation has taken place; no services will be held at his request.
