He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley Lobsiger; and his brother-in-law Bob Lobsiger. He is survived by: his spouse Ro Evans; his children, Bill Harper of Green River, Barbara Lee (Paul) of Monterey and Clif Harper (Sheri) of Rock Springs; his grandchildren, Russ Harper (Staci) of Riverton and Angi Beauheim (Nathan) of Cheyenne; his great grandchildren, Devon Harper, Lexi Harper, Levi Beauheim and Ivy Beauheim; and his sister Joan Holmes (Joe) of Sioux Falls.
