He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Kelly and Julia Ann Kelly; his wife Lauren Kay Kelly; and his brothers, Tommy Kelly, Donald Kelly, Robert Kelly and Carl Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Kelly (Karin) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Scott Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Janet Kelly (Justin Jolly) of Loma, Colorado; his siblings, Eugene Kelly (Jane) of Deer Lodge, Montana, Allen Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Terry Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Gail Bider (Matt) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Sharon Fennell of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Megan Gabol of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Timothy Kelly (Kassieie) of Gillette, Wyoming, Melissa Gabol of Loma, Colorado, Kayle Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Shelby Gabol (Ryan Balmer) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Kaden Kelly (Dani) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Jack Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Julia Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his great grandchildren, Cheznee Billingsley of Loma, Colorado, Reagan Kelly of Magna, Utah, Kalyn Kelly of Gillette, Wyoming and Phailee Kelly of Rock Springs, Wyoming. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
