He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his parents, Jean Kahle and Jerry Cast; his siblings, Jeri Ann Shryock (Jeff), Rocky Cast (Misty) and Raymond Cast; his mother-in-law Sibyl Love; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Ballinger (Josh), Jena Shryock, Jeritt Shryock, Kaycee Cast, Kayla Archuletta, Rikki Cast, Bailey Bross, Maddie Bross, Bella Bross, Beau Bross and Daniel R. Bross; and his great-nephew Jordon Ballinger. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
