It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ray Douglas Tangen of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis R. Tangen and Ruth Marian Tangen; his brother Dale Tangen; and his brother-in-law Darrell Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kay Jenson; his daughters, Krista Tangen Eaton (Andy) of Rock Springs and RaeLynn Tangen Froton (Damien) of Rock Springs; his sisters, Cynthia Tangen Johnson of Gully Minnesota and Beverly Tangen Helgaas of Glenwood, Minnesota; and his grandsons, Dane Eaton, Lucian Eaton and Dawson Froton. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Olives Lutheran Church (2916 Foothill Blvd, Rock Springs, WY 82901).
