He was predeceased by : his parents, Rena Gray (Loe) and Frank Gray, Sr.; his siblings, Frank Gray, Jr., Lorene Grund Christensen and Clara Duff; his son David; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Tate, Cecil Tate and Duane Tate.

He is survived by : his wife Minta Tate; his children, Robert Gray (Jacque), Frank Gray, Deb Kipp and Cindy Paschall (Karl); his grandchildren, Travis Kipp, Steven Gray (Kelsey), David Howell (Cassie), Brad Howell, Kyle Paschall, Karl Paschall (Valerie), Teresa Gibson (Tony) and Robyn Gray; his great grandchildren, Devyn Kipp (Mayra), Chase Kipp, David James Howell, John Howell, Raider Howell, Cienna Kipp, Destiny Howell and Blakley Gray; his great great grandchild Autum Kipp; his sister-in-law Sharon Sweet (Eugene); and his friend Shirley Buchannan Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
