He was predeceased by: his father Lyle Edward Musilek. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Jean Musilek (Farris); his wife Diane Fisher; his sisters, Holly and Laura Gehner (Jeff); his stepsons, James Thayer (Kayla) and Josh Gilkey (Jess); and his grandchildren, Treyson and Diesel.
All memorials will be donated to Star Valley Martial Arts Scholarship Fund.
