Maxine Knittel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 94, Maxine Knittel of Torrington, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Konrad K. Deibert and Ella Deibert (Orth); her husband Arnold T. Knittel; her son Paul; her children-in-law, Elaine and John Steen; and her siblings, Les, Arlene and Lyla.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Peggy; her daughter Peggy Knittel Steen of Torrington; her grandchildren, Janine Clampitt (Chris) of Richmond, MO, Kristen Van Dyke of Ankeny, IA, Stephen Knittel (Meghan) of Bennington, NE and Beth Steen (Jonathan Schwinck) of Minneapolis, MN; and her brother Jerry Deibert (Violet) of Herreid, SD.. She is also survived by seven great-grand children, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to All Saints' Episcopal Church in Torrington.
