She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Ring and Elsie Ring (Welsch); and her parents-in-law, Marvin Kern and Ruth Kern. She is survived by: her husband Gary Kern of Torrington; her daughters, Stacey Scholl (Clayton) of Laramie and Kylee Willoughby (Alex) of Timnath, Colorado; her grandchildren, Adelyn Scholl, Elise Willoughby, Connor Willoughby and Grant Willoughby; her sister Deanne Ring of Ogallala, Nebraska; her uncle Larry Ring (Mary) of Alliance, Nebraska; and her aunt June Kimrey of Aurora, Colorado.
In honor of Rhonda's memory, memorials may be given in Rhonda's name to Our Savior Lutheran Church or Cathedral Home for Children in Laramie, WY.
