He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Phifer (Schroeder) of Pasco, WA; his children, Chadwick Weber of Laramie, WY and Melissa Bauer of Prairieville, LA; his grandson Buddy Bauer; his wife Joanne Weber of Pasco, WA; his grandchild Bailey Bauer of Prairieville, LA; his siblings, Beth Darby (Mark) of Thornton, CO, Kyle Weber (Sue) and Joni Darby of Sandwich, IL; and his stepbrothers, Bard Phifer (Kelli) of Wheatland, WY and Reid Phifer of Jackson, WY. He is also survived by aunt, uncle, and several nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
