Alden LeRoy Curtis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2023, at the age of 83, Alden LeRoy Curtis of Worland, Wyoming, born in Loveland, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Curtis (Hull) and Clayton C. Curtis; and his former wife Janice. He is survived by: his aunt Dr. Grace Hull; his wife Kay; his children, Shelley Weaver (Gerald) of Long Beach, Washington and Barry Curtis (Becky) of Sandy, Utah; his brother Duane Curtis (Bette) of Worland; his brother-in-law Edward Starkebaum (Juanita) of College Place, Washington; his grandson Paul Curtis (Kirsten); his great grandchild Clayton Curtis of Laurel, Montana; his grandchildren, Alden Weaver of Long Beach, Spencer Curtis (Brandie) of Tempe, Arizona and Savannah Weaver-Rodriguez (Manuel); his great grandchild Ophelia Rodriguez of Corvallis, Oregon; his granddaughters, Mariah Weaver of Long Beach and Hannah Curtis of Kirkland, Washington; his stepdaughter Diane Short (Skip) of Littleton, Colorado; his stepgrandchildren, Danny, Karie and Kris Eitel of Denver; Ava.

Memorial donations may be made to Sonshine Academy, the Christian grade school here in Worland, of which Alden was school board chairman for many of the years since it was founded in 1969.
