He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare McElhinny and Minnie May McElhinny (Munsinger); and his sisters, Marge Miller, Marion Pavlus and Jodi Appleton Nash.
He is survived by: his spouse Susalea Baker; and his children, Bruce (Theresa) of Capitan, NM, Wesley of Worland, Robert of Kingsport, TN, Timothy (Sheila) of Worland, Gwen DuPree (Dean) of Worland and Daileen of Worland. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 42 great -grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
