He is survived by: his father Douglas Bleak; his grandchildren, Chase and Eve; his siblings, Cindi Oriznick (Dave), Kelly Stephson, Karen Rimmer (Ron) and Justin Bleak (Kendra); his daughters, Sasha Goens (Brandon) and Tamara Bleak (James Irwin); his stepdaughter Merisa Jo Maul; his granddaughter Juniper Irwin; and also Marissa.
