She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Heflin Golson and Helen Caroll Golson; and her sister Lynn Ray. She is survived by : her children, David Craig (Christine) of Hartselle, AL, Lee Frier of Tucson, AZ, Kim Devers (Chris) of Tualatin, OR and Janice Craig of Atlanta, GA; and her grandchildren, David, Ella and Trai.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leak Memory Chapel (945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
