She was predeceased by : her husband William David Collister. She is survived by : her children, W. Keith Collister of Lawrenceville, GA and Sharon Walker (Robert) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Nicole Shamon (Joe), William D. Collister III (Mary Beth) of Culleoka, Timothy D. Walker, Michael D. Walker (Paige) of Cumming, GA and Jacob W. Walker of Cumming, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin William Shamon, Gabriel James Collister and Adalynn Elizabeth Walker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Taylor Road Baptist Church (1685 Taylor Rd, Montgomery, AL 36117). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the building fund of the Taylor Road Baptist Church, MACOA "Meals on Wheels" program, or the Baptist Healthcare Foundation.
