She is survived by : her husband Sam Elwood Hancock Jr.; her children, John Hancock, Danny Godfrey, Heather Watts and Bo Hancock (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Kelsey Elwood (Hunter), Taylor, Tanner, Talynn Rae Watts, Lakemon and Hollis Hancock; her great grandchildren, Lynnlee May Watts and Lillian Campbell Elwood; her siblings, Candace Taylor and Vance Taylor; and also Jodi Hatley.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Leak Memory (945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109).
