She was predeceased by : her parents, Robbie Hickman and Lawrence Hickman; her husband Ancel Francis; and her daughter Beverly Halter. She is survived by : her daughter Mary Pelander; her sons-in-law, John Pelander and Richard Halter; and her grandchildren, Rick Halter (Erin), Laura Chaput, Andrew Pelander (Rachel) and Aaron Pelander (Nicole). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Robbie would wish any donations be made to the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranches ("The Ranches") at Belen, New Mexico.
