She is survived by : her daughter Doris Mitchell; her grandchildren, Miguel Luis Cervantes, Cristina Maria Cervantes, Alejandro Jorge Cervantes and Aiden Mitchell; her great grandchild Gabriel Reynaldo Cervantes; and her siblings, Roquin and Iris Escobar.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hatfield Funeral Home (830 AZ-92, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635). A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church (800 Taylor Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635). A Mass was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1300 Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635).
