He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Angelo Rossi Sr. and Lucy Ellena Caruso Rossi; and his son Thomas John Rossi (TJ). He is survived by : his sisters, Carole Gianuario (Robert Gianuario) and Lucille Fox; and his brother-in-law V. David Manahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (459 W 21st St, Merced, CA 95340). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery (32053 McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, CA 95322).
