He is survived by : his wife Kathy McCormick; his daughter Caroline McCormick; the mother of his child Kathy McCormick; his siblings, Joan Sutherland (Alistair), Linda Kupstis (Joe), Elizabeth Johnson (David) and Michael McCormick (Heather); his nieces and nephews, Kelly Palumbo (Joe), Katie Merriam (Mark), Erin Usher (Andrew), Patrick Johnson (Maura), Ryan McCormick, Meghan Darcy (Pat), Molly Bresnahan (Andrea), Michael Hajduk, Kevin Johnson and Lucy McCormick; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayden, Brady, Benjamin, Madison, Grayson and Callum.
