With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Dumire of Bear, Delaware, born in Newark, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wesley Burns Sr. and Dorothy Mae Burns (Frazer); her husband Wade Everett Dumire; her son Charles Wade Dumire; and her siblings, Ella Jane Burns and George Burns.
She is survived by : her children, Ella Jane Dumire, Mary E. Engel (Richard Walls) and Henry Dumire (Mary Jo); her grandchildren, Kelly Bonnes, Fred Higgins, Kaitlyn Rodriguez, Dorothy Callaway, John Harris, Wade Dumire, Blaine Dumire and Charles Dumire Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jorden Warrington, Darren Higgins, Mia Rodriguez, Aurora Nichols, Alanna Nichols and Aiden Vinyard; and her siblings, Beverly Biederman, John W. Burns, Jr. and Robert F. Burns.
