She is survived by : her children, Brenda Ensor, Eugene Mullins, Jr., Jack Mullins, Sr. (Angel), Howard Mullins (Robin), Craig Mullins (Nicole) and Sean Mullins (Dawn). She is also survived by her nine brothers and sisters.
