She was predeceased by : her husband Robert E. Quillen of Dover; and her siblings, Francis C. Pyatt, Hester S. Carrow-Clark, Edward F. Carrow, Warren F. Carrow, Sr. and Vernon L. Carrow.

She is survived by : her sons, Robert E. Quillen, Jr. of Dover and James L. Quillen of Magnolia; her brother Charles L. Carrow Sr. (Michele) of Smyrna; her granddaughters, Veronica L. Eastman (Michael) of Felton, Jamie L. Johnston and Erin H. Kershaw, RN of Solebury, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Bradley H., Jacob T. Jackson of Felton, Brooklyn C. and Peyton M. Eastman of Felton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
