The memory of William Edwin Grunden Jr. (Dover, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on May 13, 2024 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Grunden and Mary Ellen "Sapp" Grunden; and his siblings, Gloria Jean King and Jerry Lee Grunden. He is survived by : his wife Jo Ellen; his siblings, Rick Grunden (Peggy), Randy Grunden (Jennifer) and Teresa Grunden (Tim Stevens); his daughters, Shelly and Stephanie Grunden; his stepchildren, Eric Lefort and Andrea Knutzen (Brian); his grandchildren, Jayden Grunden, Ryan, Andrew, Jake Lefort and Blakely Knutzen; and his pets, Penny, Jack, Cindy, Bailey and Mia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grunden Residence (1119 Bison Rd, Dover, DE 19904).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, in honor of William Grunden Jr's memory.
