She was predeceased by : her parents, John Peter Bulovas and Dorothy Lillian Bulovas (Klopp); and her husband Bill Van Horn. She is survived by : her daughters, Kelly McCaffrey (Jim) and Sharon Dawes (Jeff Horoschak); her grandchildren, Sarah Harper, Steven Dawes (Whitney), Kevin Horoschak and Michael McCaffrey; her great grandchild Brayden Dawes; and her sister Suzanne Knorpp.
