She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Joseph and Willie A Joseph; her husband John R. Stambaugh; her son John R. Stambaugh, Jr.; and her in-laws, Dr. Ervin L. Stambaugh and Margaret Rhodes Stambaugh.
She is survived by : her children, B. Gayle Messick of Lewes, DE and Ray G. Richardson of Vermont; and her grandson Christopher Ryan. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
