She was predeceased by : her husband James Barclay Phillips II. She is survived by : her daughter Meredeth Ann Rhoades; her parents, Karen Propes and Jack (Ellen Hall); and her siblings, Jason Hall (Nicole), JoAnn Purnell (Matt) and Chuck Speake (Jenn).
