She was predeceased by : her parents, John Webb and Mabel Webb (Cain); and her siblings, Jack, Robert, Thomas, Jimmy and Eileen.
She is survived by : her husband Robert C. Collins, Sr.; her sons, Robert C. Collins, Jr. (Debbie) and Keith V. Collins (Robin); her sister-in-law Eleanor Webb; her grandchildren, Robert C. Collins III (Carrie), Keith V. Collins II (Holli), Chris Collins (Theresa Durham), Shawn Collins and Michelle Ortiz; and her close friend Rose Graham. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Granddaughter; many nieces and nephews.
