Harding of Smyrna, Delaware, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by : his parents, Evan Harding and Rachael Harding; and his sister Elizabeth Butters. He is survived by : his wife Victoria Lee Harding; his daughter Melissa Harding Skidmore; his grandchildren, Aurielle and Morgan Skidmore; his son David Harding; his grandchildren, JJ and Tripp; and his sisters, Marilyn Harding and Anne Harding.

The family suggests making a contribution in Dick's memory to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Delaware 19977. Keep Richard's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
