He was predeceased by : his son Sergeant Kahlil A. Foster; his grandmother Edith V. Williams; and his father David Flamer. He is survived by : his wife Lori Foster; and his children, Dashaunna Toston, Demaris Foster, Elijah Foster, Elisha Foster and Rasheem Washington-Foster. He is also survived by six grandchildren, a host of siblings, a multitude cousins, extended family and friends.

Viewing was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the House of Wright Mortuary (208 E 35th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
