She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Eugene Lowe; and her children, Charles E. Lowe and Susan Eileen Lowe. She is survived by : her daughter Kimberly Ann Lowe; her granddaughters, Sarah Reynolds, Clara Lang (Greg), Lynsie Bailey (A. J.) and Ayla Lowe; and her great grandchildren, Abrie Rench, Alisha Lang, Tyler Bailey and Tanner Bailey. She is also survived by "Grammy" to her four granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and two great- grandsons.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home (4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
