It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Dale Young (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his sister Shirley Y. Wright; and his nieces and nephews, Sherri Moore (Mickey) of Fairmount, Georgia, Suzanne Roland (Phil) of Fairmount, Georgia, Janet Smith (Ralph) of Suwanee, Georgia, Tim Young (Jan) of Fairmount and Michael Young (Monique) of Calhoun, Georgia.. He is also survived by his family, friends and neighbors.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
