It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Elaine Sowell of Macon, Georgia, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Albert and Emily Plaehn (Marshall); her husband Leon Van Buren Sowell, Jr. of Macon, Georgia.; her sister Ann Marshall Plaehn; and her niece Debra Lynn Greenman.

She is survived by : her brother Albert William Plaehn (Bernice); her children, David Lee Sowell (Christine) and Kathleen Sowell Restrick (Thomas); her grandchildren, Jaison Lee Restrick (Christina), Emily Sowell and Dana Restrick Rosselot (Marshall); and her great grandchildren, Remy, Murphy Rosselot and Cooper Lee Restrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
