She was predeceased by : her parents, James Hicks and Eva Hicks; her siblings, John Thomas, Jimmy, Lillie Ruth and Morgan; and her son Edwin Andrew Brantley.

She is survived by : her husband Carey Harville; her son Michael Joseph Brantley (Michelle); her granddaughter Jessica Kellum (Daniel); her stepgrandchildren, Samantha Reid (Phil), Drake Garland and Maddix Cullen; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Avery Kellum, Ella, Mili Garland and Theodore Reid.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
