He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Lee Bradley and Mary Ellen Young Bradley; his wife Kathy Cox Bradley; and his siblings, Judy Stewart, Betty Howard, Candy Faye Bradley and Randy Ray Bradley.

He is survived by : his daughters, Kristy Basham of Leitchfield, KY and Ashley Welcher of Owensboro, KY.; his granddaughter Katie Mae Basham; and his brothers, John Lee Bradley (Mary), David Bradley (Gloria), Donnie Bradley (Shirley) and Joseph Bradley (Saundra).
