He was predeceased by : his brothers, Phillip Wiggins and Danny Ray Wiggins; and his parents, Leo Wiggins and Datha Farmer Wiggins. He is survived by : his wife Joyce McBee Wiggins; his children, Kenny Wiggins (Reba) of Wingo, KY, Darren Wiggins (Diane) of Sedalia, KY and Kathy Beane (Terry) of Mayfield, KY; his brothers, Garry Neal Wiggins of Mayfield, KY, Michael Wiggins of Benton, KY and Jimmy Wiggins of Wingo, KY; his grandchildren, Kevin Wiggins, Kelsey Bivens, Brittany Bladon, Matthew Beane, Elizabeth Prather and Emily Porter; and his great grandchildren, Landyn Wiggins, Rylee Bivens, Bo Bivens, Dalton Bladon, Mason Bladon, Case Beane, Robey Kenneth Prather and Nora Sue Porter.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Byrn Funeral Home (1020 Paris Rd, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
